         <title>Title: Eunice&#39;s Sensory Evaluation of Pesto Pasta</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>1. Overall Appearance:</strong><br>The overall appearance of the pasta was interesting as it had different shapes, textures and colours. The spiral pasta was well paired with round shaped green peas and hemispherical shaped cherry tomatoes of orange and red hues. The pesto sauce was well combined along the crevices of the spiral pasta.<br><br><strong>2. Aroma:</strong><br>The pesto pasta had a strong basil scent which contributed to the fresh and herbaceous note of the dish followed by a subtle refreshing zest of lemon. <br><br><strong>3. Taste:</strong><br>It was a savory and mildly salted dish. The savory taste of pesto sauce was balanced out by the bland yet nutty tasting spiral pasta.&nbsp; The juicy cherry tomatoes added a hint of sweetness occasionally at each bite.<br><br><strong>4. Flavor:</strong><br>The main flavor to this dish was the basil leaves and a hint of lemon zest. Parmesan cheese added depth to the flavor by contributing a cheesy and nutty flavor on top of the refreshing basil and lemon zest. Thus the overall flavor of the dish was well rounded.<br><br><strong>5. Texture:</strong><br>With every bite, the spiral pasta cooked to al dente added a noticeably chewy texture accompanied by a coarse and nutty crumb like texture from the blended pesto sauce. Cherry tomatoes were firm and juicy when included into the bite. Green peas enhanced the nuttiness of the dish.</div>]]></description>
