         <description><![CDATA[<p>Their percentage is 51%. It is 51% because 12 is 51% of 22!! If you had (like you did in class) 11/22 that would be 50%. So I knew that adding 1 to 11 would equal 12 so therefore that makes 51%. It is very easy to do!!! </p>]]></description>
