My first piece of advice would be less stressed. Even though everything in high school seems like the most important thing in the world, it really isn't. The grades you get and the trouble you get in say nothing about you and are a vital part of growing up. You should enjoy every second of the time you have, because you will never experience something like high school again.
My second piece of advice would be to make time for social activities and focus on extracurriculars. A social life and extracurriculars give you something else to focus on and give you time for yourself, which is equally as important as your education. These hobbies give you a place to breath and be with the people who make you happy, which in the end will only help you.

The first mistake a lot of freshmen do is choose majors that seem practical for the future like physics or software engineering only to discover later that they don't find it interesting and fitting for them. My wisdom to you is to choose at least one major you're truly passionate about. You can't predict the future and tell what will really help you later in life but should do what you really want and love, at least in high school.

Another point to take into account while starting high school is the importance of every year. Even though the final Bagrut exams are only in 11th and 12th grade, 10th grade is just as critical! Don't neglect your internal grades, show up to classes, submit assignments - or it'll affect your final grade later on and you'll regret not putting more effort in 10th grade (a lot of us, seniors, made that mistake).

First things first you don't be afraid of the 11th grade, it is way simpler then prescribed by the teachers and they scare you for no reason. Then you've got 10th grade, which is the hardest year so just try to survive that one and you're good. Finally and most importantly you have to focus on the subjects you care for the most, no one guarantees school will get you a job and be successful in life, so don't stress yourself to hard and focus on the things you like cause if you focus on every subject you're gonna have a mental breakdown.

First of all, it is crucial to stay calm and avoid taking school too seriously. over stressing about school can cause anxiety and pressure which can decrease your
Performance in school and in your other activities. In tests specifically, it is key to remember that no single test can dictate the rest of your life, and on most school test you can take a score improvement test.
In addition, proper time management can help you in both succeeding in school and clearing time time for your other interests and hobbies. Try to utilize every open time slot you have for either school or hobbies and socializing to reduce your burden in the long run. It is also helpful to plan ahead your day so your'e doing something meaningful to you in your spare time rather then just letting time pass, I recommend you to even try and plan ahead a few days in advance and then adjust your time management to what suits you.

You should never overwhelm yourself with too much schoolwork and you shouldn't underestimate how long it'll take to do the schoolwork so you don't miss the deadline.

Furthermore, you should keep yourself open to new people. In high school you learn most of the time with different groups and not always with your homeroom class. because of that you'll meet a lot of new people and you might meet new friends so you should always stay open minded about new people you'll meet.

In high school, you will be around many different, interesting people. One thing that I’ve done so far is to make use of every little opportunity to interact or get to know new people. For example, in theatre class, during every acting exercise we do in groups, I try to speak with and get to know the people I’m working with. By having these little interactions with people you can find out who you want to be friends with or get some new friends.

Furthermore, because high school is such a stressful time- you have a lot of schoolwork, bagruyot, learning to drive, preparing for the military, going to social gatherings and doing after school sports or activities, it’s important to remember to try your best but not take anything too seriously. For example, if you fail one test- take it lightly, work harder and get a better result next time. High school is your last chance to be with the people currently around you, it’s important to make use of that time.

Don't put on yourself too much pressure, but also don't give up and underestimate your studies.
That will also give you some time for your friends, which brings me to the second piece of advice.
Be friendly. Try to make some new friends and don't forget your old ones. Friends are an important part of your high school life because they help you get through the tough times and make you happy.
And my last piece of advice, is to be organized.
Organization helps us to plan our time better which allows us to do more things than we think we can. It also calms us down. A lot of times we are stressed because we think we have too much things to do, and we feel bad.

In addition to the stress of moving to a bigger and a completely different school for the 10th graders there is the stress of studying making friend and even to win the sympathy of the teacher. My advice for them is to relax once in awhile nothing will happened if they will miss a lesson since they are sick or just can’t get to class. Of course I think they should do their best and study hard, but they should know that it is very important to take breaks sometimes.
My tips for them is to be prepared that High school is more
intense so when the teacher teaches something she doesn’t repeat it. Since in high school The pace of learning is faster than middle school and that’s because of the huge amount of
material that teachers have to be able to teach.
Another tip for them is to be positive Make friends that will be there for them.

Make social connections with people you really connect with and not just with people who are considered high social status.
To conclusion i think that the 10th should be prepared for a higher level of learning and for creating new social
connections. Also it can be helpful to be in a youth movement like the "Madazim" because you meet new people there.
Secondly,in order to succeed in the educational side ,you have to organise your time well since you don't want to do all your assignments late at night, to not to submit them at all because you were with friends or not to be with friends at all because you study.

A lot of freshmen have different fears when it comes to high school, but there are a lot of ways to make your high school experience easier. Most times, we enjoy staying in our comfort zone and we don’t like meeting new people, or we have preconceived thoughts about certain people. It is important to come to high school with an open mind and give everyone a chance- if you end up in a home class with people you don’t like, or without many of your friends- don’t panic. This is one of the best opportunities that you get in high school, and moving classes without giving yours a chance is a mistake. You meet new people and give them and yourself a chance to grow and change.

Another piece of advice that is important for me to give you is this: keep everything in proportion. Yes, school is important and exams are important, but so is your social and personal life. You must have a balance between them, and not overload yourself either way. Although, a lot of times one of the things you don’t realise in freshmen year is that a lot of your work goes into your final grade. You must take your studies seriously and don’t underestimate their worth only because they aren’t a “bagrut exam”. Listen to your teachers and make sure you are organised and have all your notes so you can revise for exams. That being said, remember to take time for yourself and relax, because you can’t perform your best while always being stressed and exhausted.

As you start the 10th grade you will learn that you have no meaning beyond your grades. You will be forgotten in your school and probably feel alone a lot of the time ,staying up until 2AM studying for a test you probably fail anyway, not having anyone to talk to about your struggle. A lot of my time at school I hated the fact that I had no idea why I was doing what I was doing, I didn't like feeling like im just another person in a whole system and I wanted to feel more meaningfull. My edvise to you is don't think too hard about it, just do what people tell you to do. Don't let school define what you feel with yourself because it will make you feel like 🤬 and you don't deserve that, and the most important thing to remember is to never let yourself go!! Grades don't mean everything and they don't define you but they help you open your mind and construct a diploma which you will need for the rest of your life

The first piece of advice I can give you, and the best one too, is just take it easy. Teachers and parents talk about high school as if it’s the most important thing there is and if you don’t do spectacularly in it then you are a complete failure. This is of course not true, and once you realize it everything is easier. One of the biggest reasons people don’t do well in high school is they panic and get upset every time they don’t do great, and this sends them into a spiral which prevents them from studying efficiently and enjoying their life generally. If you manage to keep your cool and stay positive, not only will you enjoy high school, but you will also do great.

Another piece of advice is don’t compare yourself to other students. As a general rule in life: do your best and be proud of what you achieve. Giving 100% isn’t the same as getting 100 on paper and that is ok.

Lastly, you’ve probably been told high school is crammed full of tests, homework and papers, and it sure is. You will have to spend a lot of your time at school or at home studying, and it might become overwhelming at some point. I strongly advise that you learn how to manage your time efficiently. You will use this skill for the rest of your life, so you might as well start now.

First of all, be yourself. The best piece of advice I can give you, is to do your best to stay true and honest to who you are. Friendships are a huge part of the highschool experience and finding the right friend is extremely important. You want to attract the right people for you, acting as someone else may attract the wrong crowd.

Secondly, make sure you are on top of your school work. Keep a planner, organize your workspace, listen in class and do your homework. Highschool is a new academic level you are probably not familiar with. Missing a day of school or falling behind on your schoolwork may set you far behind the rest of the class, causing you stress and unnecessary frustration.

the most effective advice i can give you is to manage your time. there will be multiple tasks each day, and the only way to keep up is to learn how to divide your time. you will need to invest an amount of time in each task in order to succeed in your duties.
from my experience, i can recommend you to invest most of your time in the topics you find more difficult to you.

many people neglect their social life In favor of their studies - which is a massive mistake!
in order to keep your sanity through this stressful period, you need to maintain your social life as well. being surrounded by friends kept me happy while school duties made me stressed. plus, school will be over soon, and you will need to integrate in different activities- so you have to keep develop your social skills :)
