This is more of a comment or a suggestion: The findings are very promising. The generated categories can be utilized to create a standard evaluation form, more quantitative in nature. Using the categories, you can create a survey form (i.e. using Likert scale) having them as constructs. This way, it will be easier to collect data, monitor, and evaluate Sanggu programs.

To consistently foster a member-centric council, our study shows that open communication, resting periods, and bonding activities could be quite important. Within the Communications Core Team, members often talked about their daily lives or had kamustahans which improved core unity and lessened heated arguments between members. Furthermore, core members tried their best to be approachable to committee members in case they would need to request for changes in their workload, deadlines, or in case they would want to reject work because of academics or personal reasons. Members should be comfortable enough to express their thoughts and concerns to their core teams, and core teams should be understanding of how their members feel about their workload while ensuring that they could accomplish these tasks to the best of their abilities. The Comms team also held committee check-ups, prioritizing the wellbeing of their members and making sure that they were still happy with the work that they were doing. Given that workload is also heavy within the committee and members are vulnerable to burnout, core highly respected rest times. In making timelines for projects, they gave enough time for their members to complete their tasks and they adhered to protocols for moratoriums and holidays, not setting any deadlines on these dates. Planning early and having systems to manage project proposals, workload, and deadlines are highly recommended as well to ensure work efficiency in the group. Lastly, team-bonding activities take part in the formation of a culture within the group. If members are comfortable within the committee or organization, it would greatly benefit how core teams care for and listen to their members.
