However tolerance only affects your behavior when intoxicated rather than affecting the alcohol levels in your blood.<br><br>&nbsp;Your own tolerance of alcohol depends on different factors, including, the food you have eaten, your gender, your weight/body size and your emotions at the time of consumption.&nbsp;<br><br>For example ~ a person who has been drinking for many years will behave and act 'less drunk' compared to someone who has only had alcohol once or twice in their life, who will seem very intoxicated. </div>]]></description>
