         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hemophilia is classified as a mild, moderate or severe, depending on the amount of clotting factor a person has in their body.&nbsp; Severe is the most common form, a person will have less than 1% of the normal amount of a clotting factor. People with severe hemophilia may also have spontaneous bleeding with is bleeding that starts inside the body for no known reason. Mild may only have problems with bleeding when they have surgery, major dental work, or a severe injury.
