People with severe hemophilia may also have spontaneous bleeding with is bleeding that starts inside the body for no known reason. Mild may only have problems with bleeding when they have surgery, major dental work, or a severe injury. Moderate will have the same problems as mild plus bleeding problems with more minor injuries.

Males only have one  X chromosome  and one altered copy of the gene in every cell is more affected from Hemophilia

Kids with Hemophilia genetic disorder have it the other way around. they get bleeding everyday and they get blood clots which affect their bodies.
