         <description><![CDATA[<div>Many people know Isaac Newton from his work on gravity but he has discovered many other things as well such as <strong>The three laws of motion </strong>which form the basic principles of modern physics .  In 1666, Newton began contributing to the field of optics, first by observing that colour was a property of light by measuring it through a prism. From 1670 to 1672 , he lectured at the University of Cambridge on optics and investigated the refraction of a light, demonstrating that the multicoloured spectrum produced by a prism could be recomposed into a white light by a lens and a second prism. As a result of his research, he came to theorise that colour is the result of objects interacting with already-coloured light rather than objects generating the colour themselves, which is known as Newton’s theory of colour.  <br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

The <br>Legend is that Isaac Newton discovered gravity when an apple fell on his head from the tree while thinking about about the forces of  nature, then he suddenly came up with the theory of gravity.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In addition, he concluded that the lens of any refracting telescope would suffer from the dispersion of light into colors (chromatic aberration). As a proof of the concept, he constructed a telescope using a mirror as the objective to bypass that problem. This was the first known functional reflecting telescope in existence, the design of which is now known as a Newtonian telescope.<br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. He really didn't like his stepfather. <br><br>2. He wasn't expected to survive as a child, because he was born quite premature, 11 to 15 weeks early and his mother said that he could fit in a quart-sized cup upon birth.<br><br>3. He was a stutterer, but it puts him in good company.<br><br>4. His dog set his laboratory on fire, ruining 20 years of research. <br><br>5. Late in life, Newton suffered a nervous breakdown and became known for rather eccentric behaviour. <br><br>6. He died as a virgin.<strong><br></strong><br></div>]]></description>
