         <title>Ways to care for the elderly</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Growing old is inevitable. Everyone will experience it, even your parents. As people grow old, they require more care and company. Their demands may be overwhelming but it is our responsibility to take care and love them as they did for us when we were young. We can take care of the elderly by listening to them and being a good companion, caring for their physical needs as well as tending to their basic needs.<br><br></div><div>One of the ways of caring for the elderly is by listening to them and being a good companion. As they grow old, they will begin to feel like a burden with their growing needs and yearning for love and care. Hence, it is up to us to ensure they do not feel this way by giving them the love and attention they need. We can do this by listening to them and talking to them, like a friend. Speak to them in a soft voice and avoid using harsh words as they are old and fragile. Hence, listening to them and being a good companion is an effective way to care for the elderly.<br><br></div><div>Besides listening and being a good companion, we should care for their physical needs. As they grow old, the elderly’s health tend to deteriorate. Thus, we should bring them for check-ups regularly and get them the treatment they need. Other than that, we should pay attention to their complaints of pain which may lead to further complications. A visit to the hospital should be prioritised during these times in order to treat their pain. As they say, prevention is better than cure. This is why, we should care for their physical needs.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Apart from listening to them and being a good companion as well as&nbsp;caring for their physical needs, we should tend to their basic needs. As they grow old, they tend to get tired easily and fulfilling their daily tasks would be such a chore for them. Hence, it is up to us to lend a hand and help them with these tasks. They may need help with simple tasks such as taking a shower, cooking and driving to places. It would be better if we can volunteer to do these tasks rather than waiting for them to ask us for a favour. Helping the elderly by tending to their basic needs is a great way to care for them.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>In conclusion, there are a lot of ways to care for the elderly. We must invest our time and energy to take care of them, just as they did for us. It will be difficult as they can be grumpy or uncooperative but we should be patient and bear in mind that they may be in pain. We should try our best to cooperate with them and shower them with as much love as we never know when it may be our last moments with them.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>     Health is wealth is a phrase we have grown hearing from our elders. We are advised to take care of our health since we were young, to avoid suffering from dangerous  illness as we age. Exercise is one of the most important contributions to good health. This is because it has many positive effects such as it boosts our mood, improves our health and increases our stamina.<br>     One of the positive effects of exercising is that it boosts our mood. When we exercise, chemicals such as endorphins and serotonin are released in the brain. These chemicals help decrease negative emotions and increase positive ones. Other than that, when we exercise, we will feel accomplished because we are doing something productive, consequently increasing our confidence. This is why exercising can boost our mood. <br>   Besides boosting our mood, exercising also improves our health. Firstly, it improves blood circulation. This is because exercising makes the blood vessels in the muscle dilate, increasing blood flow. Other than that, exercising makes us sweat a lot, thus dispelling toxins in the body, especially during high-intensity cardio workouts. With better blood circulation and the dispelling of toxins in the body, our overall health can be improved through exercise. <br>    Other than boosting our mood and improving our health, exercise can also increase our stamina. If we exercise regularly, we will get used to intense physical activities, thus increasing our stamina. An increased stamina means that we will not get lethargic easily by our daily physical activities.  An increased stamina will alo result in lower blood pressure and a decreased resting heart rate. <br>     In conclusion, exercising has many positive effects to us. It is beneficial to both our mental and physical well being. This is why health professionals are urging the public to incorporate exercise into their lifestyle along with a balanced diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  Other than that, public health sectors and many other relevant NGOs are funding on free marathons around the country to encourage us to participate in more physical activities. Despite all the effort done by the relevant authorities, it is up to us to find time for exercise in our busy schedule and make it a habit. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>        Ever since the world economy is in difficulties, people tend to complain about their money issues a lot and this is when budgeting comes to their minds. Budget is an estimate of costs, revenues, and resources over a specified period, reflecting a reading of future financial conditions and goals. Having a habit like budgeting has many benefits that will even save us in our lives. Therefore, people must take action on budgeting the cost in their daily lives to reduce risk of being bankrupted. </div><div>         One of the benefits of budget is that it keeps us focus on our money and goals. It refrains us from spending too much on unnecessary items and it keeps you focused on something that you really need. Goals and items needed are listed as requirements in life for this action. By doing this budgeting will be more effective and this action will be clearer for us to understand what we are actually doing.</div><div>         Budget also makes us aware that what is going on with your own money. With this action, we are completely aware how much income, outcome and the whereabouts of our money. This action requires us to list down our daily budget, daily costs and earnings. After that, we have to organise and calculate to see if it is balanced. Budget helps you to realise how much you can spend daily and plan how much money you can lower on your debt. </div><div>         Budget also provides you with an early warning for potential problems. This action enables us to be prepared and stay alert in any upcoming tragic events which require money. It requires us to keep up with our budget requirement and determine whether if we can save up some money through our budget. These savings will be useful for future unexpected events. </div><div>         In conclusion, budget gives a lot of benefits in our lives. We should always be alert with our daily spending whether it crosses over the budget limit. We should also take cautious actions towards our spending and avoid shopaholic actions. We must always hold on to making a budget when buying something so that we know the money we are going to spend.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Time is something like that you can  spend it but you can't collect or get it back.People are always wishing they can go back in time or have more hours available in their day. The solution to this common problem is easier than one might realise. With a few minor adjustments in how you utilise your time you can change how you manage your time. Proper time management is something that can change your life on a fundamental basis for the better. Many people don't realise that it's better to start managing their time properly and always keep wishing have extra time ?Now ,what is a good time management ? How you would like to manage your time well?The good example that are good time management are prepare a schedule and stick to it ,stay away from the negative distraction and setting a goal line.</div><div><br></div><div>First of all, prepare a schedule and stick to it helps you to manage your time well.Why I say this because every daily cycle consists of a twenty-four hour period.People got many things to do everyday and less time to do their leisure activities.This is one of those things that is what it is and cannot be changed.Even though you can't control time ,you can control how the time you have is used.Otherwise ,if you follow the schedule that you made,you will able to save more time.Other than that,you also able to do your leisure activities like drawing , playing chess, jogging and many more.This realisation is the first step to being effective in your own time management .Not at all ,if you follow your schedule ,you will easy to handle your things in one time .The reason is because you will not need to feel rushing to do all things in one time.That's why It is important to take stock in what is important for these things.Anything that is non-important should be eliminated.</div><div><br></div><div>Most importantly , prepare a schedule not only the way helps you to manage your time well but stay away from the negative distraction also a good time management skills.The reason is because when you been distract by those negative things like phone,television ,you will not able to focus your work back.Although you have more time limit submission for your work,but a distraction will let your work delay to submit it.Besides,if you keep distract by those negative things,you will become forgetfulness.The reason is because when you doing a task,the odds increase that you'll forget an important step in the process you were in the middle of before you were distracted.That's why the first thing from the beginning you must do is get in touch with what is your want to accomplish and what is you want to avoid.</div><div><br></div><div>Third, prepare a schedule and stick to it and stay away from the negative distraction not only the good time management elements but setting a goal line also a good time management.The reason is because time management is not a standalone skill .You cannot manage time but you probably already know that .You can only manage how you use your time and how you use your time should be driven by effective goal setting.The most fundamental of time management skills is the ability to use your time in a manner which serves your goals.Example , you want to become a businessman. So you should start study and get interest on that subject.When decisions about what to target, you should always be cognisant how each action is aimed at bringing you closer to achieving those goals like when you think this situation is the best to start your goals plan. Other than that, when you setting a goal ,take a more rounded approach to your life.For example, you might want to consider what do you want to have in each area of your life. Don't set your goal to short or complicated.Think wisely before you set your goals.</div><div><br></div><div>In a nutshell, good time management is a very important skill to be learned and to be mastered in order to have a better lifestyle. By managing well time, you will no longer suffer your pains and your tasks will be done on time and with great quality. Remember that, time is like baby if you not manage or take care it well, you will in trouble.If you manage or take care it well,your life will be much easier than you thought . </div>]]></description>
