In 8th grade, I had a coach who used to make us do hard conditioning daily. I was extremely tired, especially because I had practice after. Pushing myself was difficult at first, but like anything you get use to it. Through this experience, I have grown to be mentally stronger. I learned that when you think your body has had enough to keep pushing it even under pressure. You feel so proud after the vigorous workout.

Playing sports has lead to making me Mentally stronger. With the mindset that I can do it that sports help you learn you leave as a better you.

Working with a team is such a good lesson sports has taught me. It has prevented me from becoming selfish and thought me to think of the people around me. Playing volleyball specifically its a mental game, and when you are down your proformance shows it. When on a team you push each other to keep going and ow you learn so much working with others. When working as a team you also grow leadership skills in being someone to be their for others, this mean being on time and thinking about how what you do will effect others.

Playing sports has helped working with others and grow to be less selfish and to put others before myself.

Topic: Sports
Explanation: When I first started the 7th, I was allowed to do sports for the first time. I took this chance to try out for the first sport of the year... Volleyball. I've never played before and I honestly didn't understand it. I used this as a chance to learn the way of the game and ask questions. That year I made the team and it started a new path for me in life. I learned the strength that working with others takes and how we all relied on each other. Over this time I have become mentally stronger and grow a learning mindset when things got hard. I still play sports today because I love to see my self-improvement and what I can accomplish.
