         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is created by making a chemical reaction with chloroprene and then it is turned into chips.&nbsp;Neoprene starts as a powder and coloring, adhesion and foaming agents are added. The neoprene then is a doughy mixture and it is shaped into a smooth block. After it is cut into sheets and it is finished.</div>]]></description>
