The mentoring programme was a great Success 😊 In a world where we can google every piece of information there is still some knowledge that can be gained through experience & serving as a mentor is a great example. I personally feel that it’s a two-way street where not only mentees benefit it but as a mentor it helped me working with different personality which allowed me to strengthen my leadership & coaching skills. It was also fun & you get to learn a lot about yourself. I thank the Mentor team for considering me and giving me an opportunity to perform this role. I also thank Puja Negi & Helena Camacho for matching me with my mentees (Sneha Bhuyan & Ritwik Singh Jat ) in whom I can see my younger self 😊

Heart felt thanks to SOS Villages and M&G plc for giving me an opportunity to train two beautiful people Neha Bhattacharjee and Hamidur Rahman. Both are exceptionally talented, matured youngsters with a positive outlook and the best part that impressed me the most was their willingness to learn, acceptance of feedback and delivery of results. I hope my training to them was beneficial and will help them achieve the objective they had from this session. I wish them all the very best for their future.

It has been really great to talk with Pooja and Jayapriya. I can see a sense of confidence building in them after all these sessions, and that is a great takeaway for me. Both of them are multi-talented not only in their work/studies but also extra-curricular activities like dancing and sports. I have learnt a lot as well from the both of them, and the main learning for me has been - not losing your calm even if life gets you down.

I wish them all the best & know for sure that the mentor mentee relationship with them is not only limited to these sessions but for a lifetime.

Mentor was very frankly and friendly,I had a lot of fun attending the session with him and I learned a lot of new things.I shared a lot of things with the mentor, The mentor's method of communication and understanding was very good so it's easy to learn...
