(Example: a person cannot walk if they have no legs no matter how hard they try.) But people also have to be willing to put in the effort. (There is no use in having legs to walk if you don't ever try.) It can be hard, and you need to put in the amount of work required. (It is hard for people to learn to walk, and they often fall down the first few times.
