What do you think is a greater quality to have when it comes to success? Natural skill (talent) or being a hard worker? Provide some examples in a detailed (but concise) response.

Natural skills can only take us so far, so I believe that a hard worker is better. Hard workers love learning and growing. Not everyone likes change, but to be successful, you need to change some things up.

Hard worker. For example if you are trying to make a sports team or something, you need to work hard for it.If you keep trying and trying to learn something it shows you are a hard worker. You need to show the coaches you want to be there and you want a spot on the team. For me I have volleyball tryouts next month and I would like to make a team. I need to show that, I can work hard, I wanna be there, be loud and great leader, and most important be yourself and have a good attitude.

To me hard work is a greater quality to have then just natural skill. Natural skill can only take you so far. People that work hard and fight for what they want will probably be more proud of the end result. Having natural skill is a great thing but can't carry you through your whole life like hard can.

Having a talent for it is still important and good to have, but before gaining skill you need to put in the work to succeed.

Meaning its going to take skills and hard work to get the results on what or where you wanna be .

People do need natural skill to some extent. (Example: a person cannot walk if they have no legs no matter how hard they try.) But people also have to be willing to put in the effort. (There is no use in having legs to walk if you don't ever try.) It can be hard, and you need to put in the amount of work required. (It is hard for people to learn to walk, and they often fall down the first few times. Their muscles need to be strong enough to be able to walk in the end.)
