The basic structures are changing and new ones are appearing and identified (Bradley Gunilla, 2010, p186). Because they realize that, all technology is for humans and should facilitate and improve our wellbeing and quality of life (Bradley Gunilla, 2010, p183). In addition, roles and role formation are central concepts in social psychology and represents a level between structure and individuals. (Bradley Gunilla, 2010, p185). Moreover, the individual can also influence the technology, the environment, and their own roles and phenomena on the organizational and societal level and the new virtual reality. Effects of ICT become more complex and multi-faceted on Human beings that interact within a scheme such as society. This interaction implies the usage of technology within the social world and values and beliefs (Bradley Gunilla, 2010, p184).
