I definetly don't agree with the NYPD and Bloomberg because Street Art is the liberty of expressing yourself and Banksy is the perfect example. She should be glad because it's not everyday that an incredible artist paints something on your wall. It's fantastic !

It's so pretty! I love it! Why would this be considered vandalism?
At least it's not a bunch of incoherent swirls in different colors like most graffiti

You should be careful: I live in the UK and here some people have broken down walls that contained Banksy graffiti just to steal them.

In my opinion even if tourists may come to your family’s building, I recommend you to preserve it because you may earn money and it’s probably a great opportunity for you and your family if Banksy chose to draw on your wall.

In my opinion this piece of art is quite good it's pretty good and you're lucky to have it on your wall. So for sure people will come to look or they may try to steal it because this have a good value but you may become rich to, by selling it to the hightest seller. In my mind you should keep it

I agree with you, and it’s understandable that she is wondering a lot about it. Yes, it’s vandalism but it’s Banksy ! We don’t erase a work of art from Banksy ! And in my opinion she can make a real business with that. She should remove the entire section of that wall and sell the pieces.

According to me, having a Banksy on our property is a “once-in-a lifetime” thing. Never again you will find this kind of art on your wall. It’s a great opportunity, erasing it, is nonsense. I recommend you to either keep it, or sell it to get benefit from it.

Wow congratulations you have her a great piece of art.

I would suggest to you to sell it so you can live a better live or you can kept it like a memory.

Also if I were you I would hide it so you don’t get any trouble with people who wants to steal it or anything else.

The good part in this story is that you can become rich by selling this piece or you can bring it to a museum.

And the negative part of this is that it will be hard to sell it to someone without getting followed by fans of this art.

I don’t agree with what the NYPD is doing to Banksy’s art. Every graffiti shows a message or talks about something important. It is a way to express ideas and feelings. Some people should be lucky and sell the art for a lot of money. But they have to be quick because the police can remove it or someone can steal it.

In my opinion it’s beautiful, but the NYPD doesn’t seem to agree. The clever use of the wall’s structure makes it really good, but I would’ve preferred it with colors. You should keep it because it is really amazing.
