My name is Marlene Gouveia Silva, and I am a Maths teacher at EB23 Caniço (Escola Básica dos 2.º e 3.º Ciclos do Caniço), located on the island of Madeira, Portugal. I currently teach 6th-grade students.

My participation in eTwinning projects is based on the belief that learning should go beyond the classroom, offering students meaningful experiences connected to real life. These projects allow students to come into contact with new cultures, promote respect for diversity, and encourage a more open and global view of the world.

I strongly believe that eTwinning projects play an important role in the development of foreign language skills, as students communicate in real and authentic contexts. They also contribute to the enhancement of digital skills and collaborative work, which are essential competences for the 21st century.

I believe that participating in the Let’s Do It! project will make students more aware of the importance of environmental preservation, encouraging a sense of responsibility and active citizenship. This project helps students become more conscious of environmental challenges and more committed to building a more sustainable world.

Hello, I’m Berra, I’m 14 years old, I live in Turkey, and I’m from Malatya. I study at Cumhuriyet Anatolian High School. In my free time, I love reading books and listening to music.
