Which is why, in my opinion, it is our right (as Filipinos) to know the brand of the vaccine we are going to take. Though all of them are licensed vaccines with a high probability of helping us against Covid-19, we can't change the truth that knowing the brand of the vaccine will reduce our confusion and doubt. According to the Philippine Red Cross Act of 2009, the vaccines procured shall be for the use of individuals consistent with the priority list set, wherein for every one vaccine bought one vaccine shall be donated to the vulnerable and indigent.  It simply means that we have rights because we will be the ones to be vaccinated. Lastly, if the vaccine is truly safe, why do we need to keep their names and brands hidden?
