You did a good job elaborating on each question and showed the results clearly in your presentation. I also really like your reflection on whether rules should be followed or not. I agree, I think it is completely okay to follow the rules for assignments, but I think it is equally important to provide constant updates to how we learn and how we complete assignments. Incorporating creativity-based assignments more frequently in all courses would certainly benefit the student and help them truly establish their creativity skills. Grow, As a finance and accounting student, I love looking at statistics, which is why your survey reflection was one of my favorite parts. However, I think you could have tried to get more survey responses by friends, classmates, and family in order for your results to hold more significance. It is an effective approach that directly respond to each question, because it is clear and easy to follow. 

Grow: At one point in her slides, the wording was so small, and you couldn't read. Grow: Personal preference, I think Victoria could have used something other than google slides for the purpose of this course. I think it would have better if she incorporated a application we used during this course.

Sounded confident when speaking. Format was a little boring, but it was presented well and easy to follow. 

Grow: Less pie charts, I think its important to switch up how you display information, in order to have a stronger affect on the audience.  I would have liked a little bit more information on the screen, for the most part it was just pie-graphs.
