They are located south of the Amazon on the Cotuhé River, Ventura Canal, Santa Lucía, Buenos Aires and in Leticia's area of ​​influence. They settle in the resguardos of San Antonio de los Lagos, San Sebastian, El Vergel, Macedonia, Mocagua and Cothué-Putumayo, in the Department of Amazonas. They also live in Peru and Brazil, where their population is 20,000 people in the river Isa and in the Alto Solimoes region.
