She was able to pass all the difficulties that I have given her with her workouts and in turn increased her muscular and cardio endurance. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>From having a previous relationship with my partner, I was able to have  a great rapport with my partner. It was easy to be able to communicate with my partner for exercises and intensity, while also allowing a comfortable environment to receive and give constructive criticism during and for workouts. When I conducted my health screening, I realized that I wanted to increase my weight to become healthier and have more stamina. I was open to have weekly changes during my workout because I was able to experience the different types of workouts that can benefit my health such as exercises using the band and Pilates. During the 5 weeks, I was able to see my muscular endurance increase as I began to increase the weights I would use. I was able to do more than what I initially began to do and was able to increase my health in the process. I believe that my goals were met seeing that I was able to increase my muscular endurance and strength by gradually increasing weights and the amount of sets I would complete. </p>]]></description>
