I have studied Russian language and I actually lived in Saint Petersburg (самый красивый город в мире!) for one semester in 2007(!) очень давно! I think this is a super exciting project and I know my students will benefit from Speaking English with the Russian students! My name is Nora and I'm thirteen years old, but soon to be fourteen.

I live on a small island named Smøla, which is located on the west side of middle Norway. It lives no more than 2100 people here, and we`re all going to the same school. Smøla is well known for the great carrot that gets produced here, the windmills and all the salmon we produce.

A few weeks ago, I was going through the streets of the biggest cities in Russia on google maps and looked at the buildings and streets. There's a lot of cool architecture around in Russia, and it would be so cool to visit the country one time!

My favorite hobby is fashion, but mostly street fashion and streetwear. I love to put together a lot of cool outfits, which I later post on my Instagram. I`m a part of a few fashion communities on the app, where we talk a lot about clothes, style and photos.

Our name is Johan, Joakim and Magnus. We are Norwegian students from Smøla an island at the coast of Norway. We both liv at the countryside and there is nature all around us, so there is always something to do here on Smøla. Joakim likes to play football and are a very good goalkeeper he also works very much, Joakim`s nickname is Jokke. Johan likes to be outside and work. Johans nickname is Don Johan.

Joakim hates everything on earth because everybody gets so easily offended. He has many political theories that I think is interesting. He is a guy you will get to know. Both I and Joakim want to learn some Russian words. Joakim wants to visit Spain in the future because of the hot girls. Other than that, he wants to just stay in Norway. Johan wants to visit more of the countries in the world. He wants to travel to different countries to see different cultures. Other than that, he wants to live in Norway.

Magnus is an interesting guy who likes to go boating all year long. Most of the time he just takes the boat every time he needs to go to the store. Magnus also like to play football and plays on the same team as Joakim. Magnus is very interested in cars and formula 1 racing and, he talks about it all the time.

We are Wiktoria and Edith. We live on the island called Smøla in Norway and we go to Smøla High School. Wiktoria likes cooking and baking different kinds of dishes. She also likes attention and hanging out with friends and having fun. Edith on the other hand likes playing soccer and piano, doing theatre, and acting, and she likes writing stories, books, and manuscripts as well. We both enjoy eating food. Wiktoria was born and lived in Poland until she was three years old before moving to Norway. Edith is learning German in school as well and can speak a bit of German. Watching Netflix and scrolling on TikTok is something we both like doing in our spare time.

Hey! My name is Nelly and I’m 15 years old. I live in Saint Petersburg in Russia. I love my city very much and I believe that everyone should visit at least once:)
And so… I really love modern art and when I have free time, I go to the exhibitions of modern art. Except art, I love animals but most of all cats. My cat’s name is Chernysh and I love him madly!!!
I also like to listen music whenever and wherever. I don’t listen to a certain genre of music, it all depends on my mood.
