         <description><![CDATA[<div>The three estates were unequal because the third estate was 98% of the population and still got little to no rights. Louis XVII was a terrible leader, him and his wife spent so much money on useless things which caused the rise of taxes. Louis was also an indecisive leader. The bourgeoisie was highly influenced by the enlightenment. They began questioning notions of the structure of society and demanded equality, liberty, and democracy.  </div>]]></description>
