It was a great feed and I would definitely make it again.

We used mushrooms, capsicum, carrot, onion, cauliflower, peas, corn, and fresh beans. The sauce was made up of a mixture—combining sweet chili sauce, garlic, cornflower and many others. 

We then started on making the rice, which we thoroughly rinsed and put in a pot with water. We then left the pot to stream-boil the rice for about 20 minutes. While in the pot I added 100g of butter which gave it an amazing creamy taste. 

We combined the cut vegetables and the sauce we made in an electric frying pan and cooked it for around 30 minutes. I dished up the food and served it to our group.

The lemon cake was a very easy bake, we made the base using flour, egg and other ingredients, added lemon flavoring and sprinkled coconut. The cake was put into the oven for 40 minutes.
