1. Hello everyone! I am a teacher of Maths and Computer Science in high school. I don't manage the networks of ICTs in schools, but I wonder how it works, because I had to create my computer class and connect all computers to the network. There are 12 students' computers and one teacher's computer in my class. The computers are connected to the network. I would like to know more about the network connection between computers, so that I can use the knowledge gained in my work at our school, because we don't have a common network between all the computers of the school.
2. We have fiber-optic connection with bandwidth of 100Mbps, over 60 desktop computers. We have a combination of ethernet networks and WiFi networks.
3. Our school does not have an IT administrator, so technical issues are solved with special companies that provide such services. If there is a problem in the computer class with the software, then I try to solve it myself. If there are issues related to iron, then a specialist from an IT company solves them.
4. The staff and administration of my school clearly understand the importance of using modern ICT in the educational process.

Using school WiFi we can attend different seminars and webinars, check e-mails and communicate for personal reason.Students are allowed to use the Internet on the computers in their classrooms. We don't have really fast Internet but there are not really big problems because of it, so we are fully delighted with the WiFi that we have in our school.
2. We don't run the BYOD project at our school but students are allowed to use their phones at lessons when there is the necessity. At lessons, students can google information that refers to subject. I think, it's great that students study how to find needed information because it will definitely be useful in their life. Our main aim as teachers is to teach students something to make their future life easier and more interesting, so that's it.

1. In our school we use Office 365. It's a really useful service that provides a storage for saving any files there. You also can share access to files with anybody you want. It's really convenient to create presentations or save documents and then share access with students. Afterwards, we can discuss all material on the lesson and it gives big confidence in teaching students because you understand that they definitely know what you're talking about, so it's easier to transform a formal lesson into a lesson that includes using different media files and interesting resources. Also I use Google Drive. It has as many different options as Office 365 has. In general, I use it more for personal needs than for school needs but my students and I share different content with each other as well. In general, cloud storages definitely make sharing and saving content easier.
2. The only problem we had in our school implementing cloude services was the poor Internet. But we changed our the Internet provider few weeks ago, so it got better. Also it's a little bit struggling to teach all students and teachers to use Cloud services properly.
3. In our modern society people cannot work without using computer and internet tecnologies, including Cloud services. This is why teaching kids how to use cloud is very important. These services help students and teachers to share important information without even meeting, for example, when the student cannot visit the school because of being sick, the teacher can easily share all of the important information, files, e-books etc. Using cloud services is not required in my school, but I use it anyway, because it is a great way to encourage student to work in groups on one projects together at the same time. It teaches them the responsebility of team work. Of course, all of the teachers that want to involve student to work in cloud should properly learn everything about it themselves first.

1. In my school we actively fight with malware, viruses and spam. we use licensed antivirus program and also I talk to my students about not downloading weird files from the inernet so they are protected from viruses not only at school but at home. It is also very important to update the antivirus annualy. Fortunately, we didn't have any problems with viruses etc.
2. I reckon, it is very important to teach student to use their modern mobile phones not only as a toy, but also as a new way to learn new things and how to do it safely. there are many mobile apps pupils can use, so teacher's job is to show them how to use them properly. I really recommend encouraging students to use smart phones for learning.

1. I am not an ICT administrator. I am a teacher of Maths and Computer Science and I also can solve ICT problems.
2. It's a very useful course. These videos are very interesting. I'd like to apply these ideas and suggestions in my school and it would be an awesome improvement.
3. In my opinion being an administrator is very responsible and challenging work. The main challenge is of course lack of money. Also I agree that the most important part is maintenance of equipment and infrastructures.
4. I think I have all of the most neccessary skills and I always try to find new technologies and gain new knowledges. It is always good to keep studying . In my opinion Cisco Networking Academy Training can halp me to improve as an ICT teacher
5. My school is not very big, so it is a common thing for teachers to help students and each other too to fix any problem that has occured. Fortunately, most of the teachers are able to fix any technology problem they have on their own. Students can't use technoloy on their own without permission so they don't ever cause any problematic situations.
