         <description><![CDATA[<div>- There has been many plans to manage the pikes population in the past to save other fishes populations and most of them failed.<br>- The main idea to control the population is to provide larger popular fisheries. Fishing season increased and so did the bag limits. It had a good impact on the population at the time and it was about 20 years back.<br>- It seems more people fish now a days and i feel like it will have a larger impact on the pike population and as well as other populations. </div>]]></description>
