Eye Witness Account
  1. The second day the soldiers saw that they did not have a visual advantage but the Germans did
  2. The attack the British conducted was repelled not causing as much damage as expected
  3. Soldiers died from the artillery almost as much as the wire the Germans used to fortify their position
  4. The machine guns had torn threw the bodies not giving the soldiers a chance
  5. The soldiers that got stuck in the wire were stuck almost as if they were praying when they died before the machine guns found them.
