He was an unlikely scientist . We did a experiment on mould we had to see which one out of  Non washed hands ,Washed hands and Non touched hands. Some people can keep it alive and they have it for pets. 
Mould can be in all different colours and are mostly in dark colours like dark green,black,orange,grey etc. They can be found in places like showers drains and especially fruits/food. 
Mostly you will find it on bread like our experiment. 
Many people think that mould is yuck and they are very right! You have to watch out for mould when you close the tomato tin and honey jar because mould will go and you will just be wasting money because of mould. Moulds are all around us because it is in any part of the air. If you pick up a huge big pile of soil on your hand you are holding heaps of micro Organisms right on your bare hand! Micro Organisms are in our guts and every where in our body without Micro Organisms we would not be even alive and doing any school work!! Micro Organisms are also known as Micro-orbs. Lorelei brought in a torch that can see little orange Micro Organisms and we had a look at my hand and there were little orange dots that a lot of people thought that it was cool and i agree because they were every were on peoples hands ans aspeacaliy under peoples finger nails. Also that shows us that there are lots of Micro Organisms in our body!!!

We had to do an Inquiry Question on DOES WASHING HANDS CAUSE LESS MOULD TO GROW ON BREAD and it worked.
Mould is furry and disgusting.
Mould also lives in the air.
Some people feed Micro-Organisms and keep it as there pets.
Anton Van Leeuwenhoek looked at the sting of a bee, bugs and insects.
Fungus can be anywhere it can be on food, showers, baths, bugs etc.
Bacteria is a member of tiny little groups called Micro-Organisms.
You can only see Micro-Organisms with a microscope.
A microscope is what Anton Van Leeuwenhoek created.
When we looked at Lorelei's UV light,we looked at the bread it was disgusting it had furry stuff on it and that is called fungus,mould and bacteria.
Sometimes when you put highlighter on your hand it will come up as yellow once you put your hand under the UV light.
lorelei looked at our teeth and lots of people had yellow stuff.
lorelei looked under peoples finger nails some were orange.
i think when we had the bread and the wet enviroment ones that they were very disgusting because they had bacteria on it.
