Beowulf exhibits most of the Anglo-Saxon values of warriors with qualities like; loyalty, generosity, courage and honour.

Even if he died Beowulf's bravery showed one of the chief ideals of the Anglo-Saxon.

His courage becomes legendary since he fights with 3 monsters in his lifetime and he is successful each time. 

Beowulf was considered one of the most important poems in the English Language and it gives us a look into the past and shows us Anglo-Saxon culture and values.
