To all DGA new Senior Associates, Thank you for surviving and also congratulations on your new role! It must have been hard for some of you transitioning from the Associate to the Senior Associate role where you have to find the perfect balance between the delegation, coaching and monitoring of your juniors while you still have to be responsible at your own tasks as well. However, this is a right time to experience, learn, explore more of the Digital Audit universe and also take part of the PwC coaching culture where you could significantly contributes to your junior team member's career journey.
