- To utilize our creative skills much more through working more collaboratively with comms and faculty teams. E.g. Video editing, blog writing, web writing, content marketing, organic marketing, email marketing etc.
- Do more research and benchmarking against other HE Institutions with regards to how they are addressing the pandemic and keeping up student engagement
- Actually have a blog set up to keep wider teams updated on the digital landscape and how it is changing at such a fast pace in the real world and how we can keep up as a University.
