         <description><![CDATA[<div>Chicken &amp; Waffles had a common food in Harlem, New York in to 1920s. It gained popularity in the 1920s through the 1940s due to artist visiting. The idea of "Chicken &amp; Waffles came from a restaurant called Wells Supper Club. One day, they had chicken left over and didn't want to waste it. Then, they decided to combine it with sweet waffles to reduce the food waste and then it became a hit across the U.S  </div>]]></description>
