As she grew older we found out the Miley wanted to make a name for herself that wasnt only just the sweet country girl sterotype. WIth the many outfits that she wore during a period of her life was mostly her decison to wear. Aladdin does not have any money and can't give Jasmine any money to win her hand in marriage. Jasmine does not care and instead wants to live a simple life with her own marriage choice.
