I think that"s a great place to virtually communicate. Its easy to use and its easy to talk to people. Waking Up Inc. could easily use Skype instead of face-to-face interactions because you can see the individual person, even though they are not physically there. People can also use these messages to say something that they do not really mean or something hateful. Adding a Facebook feature that has a face-to-face interaction would be helpful to individuals that are far away from each other. It would be the employees responsibility to take care of this account and be able to log on from wherever they are. If I was the manager of this company, I would set required meeting times for the employees to use this Skype feature on Facebook. In this way, all employees would be at the meeting "virtually".
