         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many types of acceleration besides grade skipping. This made me think more about what I can do for kids who are gifted but not in a higher level class. Normally, I would feel disheartened like I could do nothing to help further this student's learning, but now I see that there are so many things tools to differentiate this child's learning that doesn't involve moving him/her out of my classroom.</div>]]></description>
