I had the opportunity to share my knowledge in the Connectogram Beta tool for teachers to explore the power of using a Sociogram to understand class-based peer support networks. I appreciate the small group setting and the chance to share with easy open communication, taking questions and thoughts from the teachers as they come. It was a relaxing session that allowed us to experience authentic learning and sharing through exchange of ideas.

I took away how PD can also happen in very informal, organic settings rather than the common belief that PD can only take place in formally structured training sessions with extensive use of teaching and learning tools or deep reflections. Having such platforms piques the curiosity of our colleagues and puts them in a good position to want to learn more, knowing that the commitment to a short and informal sharing session is a low-lying fruit.

The small group sharing also encouraged me to ask questions freely as it was a cozy setting.

Thank you Benny!

I was amazed by how useful the tool Pair Chat is. It is a secure version of ChatGPT that caters especially to public officers as the underlying LLM technology works in the context of Singapore. It has many uses such as writing of testimonials, design of questions based on lesson materials provided, coming up with lesson plans. You can even do a role reversal whereby you get Pair Chat to devise questions to obtain the info you need to complete tasks. I am motivated to try Pair Chat to help me achieve greater efficiency in my work.
