But he betrayed by cutting Ben's rope and leaving him there. I think that author purposely did it because he wanted us to relate, maybe If we ever get backstabbed we could relate and connect to the author, not literally but still, he could make it so we can connect and understand the book better.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>I also noticed that the author put the answer to the long awaited question.
