I found it interesting, where in the book One of Us is Lying, the author chose to tell the story in all the five character’s point of views, and change the way they talk, depending on their feelings, interactions, etc.

For example:

Bronwyn talks in a more grammatically correct and formal way, while Nate avoids talking, so his word choice is mostly short, unfinished sentences.

I wonder why the author made uncle Ian very kind at the start, but later he backstabed both ben and Josh.

"Never steal you might go to jail."

On page 66 that's what it said. But he betrayed by cutting Ben's rope and leaving him there. I think that author purposely did it because he wanted us to relate, maybe If we ever get backstabbed we could relate and connect to the author, not literally but still, he could make it so we can connect and understand the book better.

I also noticed that the author put the answer to the long awaited question. He did it because he wanted to make us feel intense. SEVEN DAYS
