    8. In task 2, the docs talks about catering to Singapore's plastic context yet the rubrics talks about how we are required to be aware of world's views and relevant social and cultural issues. Can we clarify whether we need to consider the capability of other countries as well as Singapore?

    extraction, manufacturing and processing, transportation (i.e.,
    distribution), and disposal (i.e., end-of-life) stages. Hence, does that mean that we can completely disregard the "use" portion of the life cycle assessment?
