On page 320, I found a Memory Moment that Tris has about Uriah whenever she looks at Tobias. She remembers, "Uriah is still in a coma. I still can't look at Tobias when I see him in the dormitory, in the cafeteria, in the hallway, without seeing the exploded wall next to Uriah's head. I'm not sure when, or if, anything will ever get better, not sure if these wounds are the kind that can heal." Tris's memory moment is important because it reminds her of why she may never forgive Tobias; because he joined the enemy for what he thought was the right reason, and now Uriah may never wake up because of what he did. I think this is important for the plot because it could be one of the key factors that help Tris decide whether she will ever forgive Tobias for all that he's done.

On page 365, I found an Again and Again. In the story, the characters Tris and Tobias keep on mentioning the fact that the Uriah is in a coma from the deadly explosion. In Tobias's part it says, "Zeke piles stray guns on a table, a hard look on his face that I've only seen a few times. He doesn't even know what happened to Uriah.". I think this shows that even though Tris and Tobias might have some issues with each other, they are still very close with the brothers (Zeke and Uriah) and their actions show that they care very much about Uriah, and that they still worry about how Zeke will react to finding out that Tobias was the reason that his brother Uriah is currently in a coma.

On page 370, I found a Words of the Wiser. When Tris is asking herself how she hasn't seen the hurting and broken parts of Tobias, her brother Caleb gives her words from their mother that may help her. "Caleb told me that our mother said there was evil in everyone, and the first step to loving someone else is to recognize that evil in ourselves, so we can forgive them." I think this advice that Caleb gives Tris from their mother is important into helping her decide if she forgives Tobias because if she realizes that she has to take into account that Tobias is unperfect, just like her, and he has his own flaws, that he is just like everyone else that she has forgiven in the past because they all have their flaws and she understands that. This is a good Words of the Wiser because Tris's mother was very smart and wise and she knew a lot about the world around her. The image below shows the signpost because in a Words of the Wiser signpost, the person who gives the main character advice is usually very wise, and Tris's mother was a very wise person.

On page 455, I found a piece from the text that helps figure out Tris's true character. "I might survive the death serum," I Say. "I'm good at fighting off serums. There's a chance I'll survive. These's no chance you would survive." This helps explain to the readers Tris's personality because it shows that she is selfless and brave because she is putting herself in a very extremely dangerous situation so that her brother Caleb does not perish. This shows that she also cares about Caleb because she sacrifices herself for him, so that shows that she truly loves him by sacrificing herself.
