An observation I had was that Stalin has this friendly attitude towards him by smiling and hugging a kid makes other people want  to trust him.
2. Another observation I had was that Stalin is wearing a uniform insinuating he knows/has been in a battle. This would trust him with war like decisions.
3. The last observation I made was that the kid is holding flowers and a red flag with a smile on his face. This insulates that he likes Stalin and that Stalin is a kind guy.
