A kinder and consistent human approach towards staff who are going through personal issues such as bereavement, illness, home issues. Better support for them in school.

Greater budget and thought to provide staff bonding and time together. Social events or small invites to time spent together.

More time in the day for staff to connect as lunch times and break times are often worked through by most staff.

We would like to think that our suggestions/disagreements/ questions are a sign of engagement and desire to make things better. Sometimes saying nothing is a sign of disengagement.

Further work on cover load - it can be stressful to cover certain subjects at short notice when you don't teach them. Leaving an easy cover with staff new to the class/subject would also be helpful, rather than ploughing ahead as though the usual teacher is in the room
