Ex: on the third slide there were a few colorful pictures that pertained to how school has given opportunities to be creative. He asked good questions in his survey, I like that he asked whether people feel more creative in their personal life over their schooling because for some people there is a disconnect
Grow- Overall the content was good and straight to the point which was nice on an audience's end. I think I would only comment on technical issues. My biggest comment would be that if there are no pictures on a slide at least make the words larger to fill the screen and not have as much empty space. I was certainly shocked that nobody selected facebook or twitter for tools they use. I was more shocked about twitter since that is extremely popular. I thought her presentation was well presented visually. Words were good sizes, pictures kept it entertaining and her beginning and end was captivating!
Grow- The only grow I would suggest is for the piktochart, I had a tough time opening it up. Unfortunately every time I clicked on it It would give me an error message, so really just a technical error. It was truly exemplified that he is an innovative learner. The quotes from Kobe Bryant and Head executives from Google gave it a nice touch outside of the content from the book. Visually the presentation was one of my favorites to look at.  The "creative freedom in education slide" had a really nice graphic describing the migration from elementary school to college. I never found myself bored throughout the presentation and it was genuinely interesting to hear about your group experience which you felt you had creative freedom.

It was not overwhelming with the material and he did a good job explaining the content verbally. I also really enjoyed that 21 people answered the survey. This shows me that you really went out of your way to invest yourself in the project.
Grow- The presentation material was well thought out and highly organized my only comments would pertain to tone. Possibly to create a little bit of a more upbeat tone throughout the presentation to capture attention more.

Your energy captivated my attention immediately and you did a fine job of explaining what an innovative learner is. I felt like a had a good foundation for the rest of the presentation. All slides were covered and filled with creativity. Each one had it's own creative vibe and you matched it with your energetic tone. The slide really appreciated the inspiration and encouragement at the end to help other take risks in their everyday learning.
Grow- Quite honestly it was difficult for me to find something to critique. You did a fantastic job of explaining your survey results but maybe quite possible a screenshot from the results or possibly a chart with statistics as well on that slide? It was really nice that you included a personal picture of yourself on the personal innovative page. It really added to understanding you better as an innovative leaner. I also really like the depth and honesty that you exhibited with your personal experiences. Something you did well that caught my attention was at the end you mentioned you were looking for the criticism which showed me that you are very open and willing to learn! I think that shows innovation within itself.
Grow- One comment would be maybe to just rehearse a little more before presenting. There were a few stumbling's on your words but that's just something trivial as we all make mistakes when recording. Just one technical comment would be for the first slide "what I means to be innovative" maybe make the font bigger for the bullet points or center them more so there isn't as much space. Your personal experiences portion was enjoyable to listen to because you were very genuine and bringing up experiences during this quarantine made it more relevant. Also your drawing ideas were very pertinent and matched well to your explanations and there was a really good flow to your video I enjoyed the end, very kind and appreciative! Your thinking outside of the box drawing was a simple yet captivating drawing because there was a bit of detail in the drawing of the box which isn't something you would typically expect.
Grow- I would just mention watching the time limit. Our presentations were very similar as I went over the time limit too. It can be easy to miss with presentation styles likes ours because we depend on our words and explanations more. Not only did the clicking through one at a time keep it more attentive because you're waiting to see what's next it was also explained really well verbally. For someone who claims they are not an innovative learner I would say you did a good job with the visual portion of the presentation! I also liked that you had a consistent and clear voice throughout.
Grow- The main comment I would have is to maybe adjust your tone when speaking about different topics throughout the presentation. For example for the part that describes an innovator you did a great job explaining it but a change of tone might make it more fun for the audience.
