One of the ways that I will incoperate voice animation in my future classroom is to have my students create a different types of stories based on the theme or study of the month. This way I am able to assess whether my students are fully grasping the lesson. This idea also allows for students to become more involved in the learning process.

I could use voice animation in my classroom as a review who am I? activity at the conclusion of historical figures unit. A mystery avatar would read off facts about a historical figure, such as a president, and the students would have to determine who the avatar is talking about.

As a teacher I could use voice animation once my students create a story. This would make the students want to work hard on their stories so then they could use voice animation to bring their stories alive and present them to the class.

One way I could incorporate voice animation into my classroom would be to have students come up with their own short stories and then create an animation that illustrates the story. The animations also could be used during social studies instruction. I could have students pick a historical figure and then find three facts about their life. The students then could create an animation of that historical figure that shares the facts to the class.

I will have students in groups make a voice animation on different characters of a book we just read. Each group member will summarize their character's characteristics and what they do in the story to help students solidify their understanding of the story. At the end of class everyone will share their voice animation.

I would use voice animation as a tool for an alternative way to do in class presentations. I know that there are a lot of students who probably have a fear of standing in front of the entire class and presenting their ideas, so this would be a great and fun alternative.

Voki or Blabberize could be used in the classroom to make learning extremely fun. I could use it during a unit about specific animals like rain forest animals and have the students use the picture or avatar to talk about facts for their specific animal of choice. This would get them excited and really interactive in the classroom.

In my future classroom, I would love to be able to have my students use Voice Animation to share their ideas about stories, topics, or a specific lesson we used in class. They can create their own character and voice to make their ideas come to life. I think this will help them to be more engaged and expressive about their ideas.
