Prometheus gives a few of these values a run through the mud, being that to steal fire from his own kind would be disloyal and not very gloriful. You could argue that by giving fire to humans he showed good hospitality and did give glory to humans. So in the eyes of the human race he would be considered a hero and did great justice. But in the eyes of gods he was probably more looked down on.
