https://padlet.com/BrianBugge/About Listed in the Who’s Who in America publication, Brian Bugge is an award-winning author, law enforcement and security professional whose career spans 30 years across a variety of sectors. The recipient of a master’s in criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, Brian Bugge began his career as an investigative aide with the United States Secret Service and became one of the youngest advisers to the U.S. House Select Committee on Assassinations. Later, as a nationally recognized expert on "Community/Problem-Oriented Policing," Brian Bugge appeared before the New York State Senate to advise them how to replicate his successes in the field throughout the entire state. His law enforcement expertise also earned him a position with the Police Executive Research Forum, a Washington, D.C.-based police think tank. From 2003 to 2011, he worked as a director of security and safety for EdisonLearning, Inc. (formerly Edison Schools), tasked with overseeing security and campus safety for a large multinational for-profit education management organization. Since 2011, he has held the position of Managing Director of Security Services with International Risk Intelligence (IRI Global), where he is responsible for protecting business assets using an Enterprise Risk Management strategy and framework. Throughout his career, Brian Bugge has earned multiple "Achievement Awards" from the National Association of Counties as well as a Presidential "Excellence in Education" award from the U.S. Department of Education, among other honors. In recent years, he has ventured into self-help and motivational speaking.
