You are one hell of a colleague, friend, professional. I think you’ve officially seen it all now, and still standing, smiling and wonderful as always. 

I cannot begin to describe how much we’ll miss you, I think it will feel like losing an arm and a leg, and a hand.. and a head... you get the idea! Since day one you’ve just stood shoulder to shoulder with each of us and taken on some of the hardest and messiest of work- thank God for Jo!
