Research problem:
The incidence of non-hodgkin's lymphoma is rising worldwide. Statistical records from the National Cancer Registry 2007 of Malaysia show that lymphoma is the sixth most common cancer among Malaysians with a higher occurence among Chinese compared to Malays and Indians. Non-hodgkin's lymphoma has a significant clinical heterogeneity and the pattern and frequency of this disease varies widely requiring treatment strategies to be tailored accordingly to the individual patient condition. Furthermore despite early diagnosis and major therapeutic advances, there are still patients that relapse or remain refractory to treatment provided. Currently, a novel monoclonal antibody rituximab is being employed in treating this disease together with standard chemotherapy. Further investigation is needed to determine the appropriateness of adding rituximab to chemotherapy in regards to patient's quality of life, survival and relapse rate.

Investigation is needed to determine the appropriate reason of breast cancer caused by combine oral HRT and ensure to reduce the chance of breast cancer in regards to user’s quality life.
