         <description><![CDATA[<div>When you can demonstrate your knowledge in various subjects or at least know how to access information, you build up your credibility with your staff.<br><br>When you can demonstrate several ways technology can improve/help with student learning and make teachers' lives easier, you build up your credibility with your staff. As per the Dambruoso article, "We can teach students how to do almost anything that has to do with basic computer skills, and we can teach teachers how to use productive tools to add to lessons, or new ways of having students show what they have learned (isn’t grading papers getting a little boring?)."<br><br>When you live up to your commitments and follow though with your initiatives, you build up your credibility with your staff.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-&gt; Look for practical ways to communicate with your school community. Don't make it onerous. <br> * It could be as simple as a pile of books with a sticky note attached that is left on a teacher's desk.<br>* Send a quick email if you want to follow up with someone or remind them of your conversation.<br>* A shared document that people can add to might help.<br>* You can have a quick face-to-face conversation.<br><br>The important things to remember when communicating are to: be visible, but not intrusive, be helpful, but not overbearing, be quick rather than long winded.</div>]]></description>
