         <description><![CDATA[<p>Aim: Aim of the study was to look into how other researchers have used Children's Voice within Early Years Settings.</p><p>Methods:</p><p>1. Search and Screening Strategy of other studies from different countries involving young children's views and what methods were used.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Why: To gather lots of information on what methods settings used to listen and include the children's voice. To identify gaps in the way in which they obtain this, ie Children with Additional Needs.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Aim</p><p>The aim is to reveal the opinions of the school administrators about the administration ethics. </p><p><br/></p><p>Methods- During the interviews, voice recordings were made with the interviewers who consented to this and note-taking system was used with the interviewers who did not consent to voice recording.  The content of interviews were analysed by themes and sub-themes which were created accordingly to the thematic coding. </p><p><br/></p><p>Why- According to the results of the research, the administrators empathized that there was no written professional ethical principles in the school and they did not need them. However, there are officially written professional ethical principles. According to school administrators, the source of unethical behavior is unsatisfactory. However, some administrators can ignore unethical behavior. It was stated that the school administrators ought to give punishment to the staff directly who will act unethically.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Lucy </p>]]></description>
