The different applications on the phone that he has never tried before, he doesn’t know how to use it and there is no one to teach him. If he were to search it up on youtube on how to use a phone, he doesn’t know how to open that app and search on it. The emails in the phone seem to be more of a disturbance to him with the incoming emails and subscriptions. Making a phone call is supposedly to be the most basic function there is on the phone but with all the apps buzzing on his phone , he is unsure of how to make a phone call without each notification distracting him. The guy did not ask the person he got the phone from on how to use a phone when he knows this is the first time he has ever owned one. He thought that using a phone was easy and all but the difficult part is about learning on how to use it.
