It can be seen a big bridge with little lights on the left side on the sea, which reflects the city that the sky, but there are several boats sailing with small window  and  that gives off smoke. In the center of the picture there is the big bang, it is the highest compared to the other houses, which have a blue roof.
Personal opinion: 
Why I like the picture? I like the picture because it is very colorful and pretty , I also think it shows peace, on the other side I like its architecture with an old design.
