         <description><![CDATA[<p>There is no typical symptoms of Osteoporosis, but once the bones are weakened by Osteoporosis, then there are possibilities of having serious back pain caused by fracture of vertebra. Not just back pain, but bone fractures occurs much easier than a person expected. Also, during process of Osteoporosis, a person continuously lose their height, as the time goes by.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Osteoporosis is something that we can prevent from happening, so  the best way to cure it is to have and follow the healthy living habit everyday. However, if a person already suffering from Osteoporosis, then I would recommend him or her to take medicines, particularly calcium pills, and exercise that can do inside the water. Moreover, through these two things, people also could prevented from Osteoporosis. One more thing people should be aware of is that as more people  sooner takes the pill, more people prevent the disease.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>There are two different ways to prevent Osteoporosis. First,<span style="font-size: 13px;"> taking Vitamin D &amp; Calcium pills. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Secondly, doing weight-bearing exercising. Most of all, it should be aware since young and in order to prevent well, people should take pills or vitamin D since young age. </span></p>]]></description>
